I am so excited to show you Adore Photo Studio’s Showit Website Reveal! Dana at Adore Photo Studio came to me and said that she was in desperate need of a new website design. She told me that she had recently downloaded my free Brand Strategy Workbook which had helped her to design a gorgeous new brand which, dare I say it, I adored! And was now ready to update her website.

Dana is an incredible wedding and portrait photographer based in Buffalo, New York and showcasing her images on the website was a designers dream.

Dana’s photography sessions are a complete experience and she strives to give her clients images that not only look amazing but also reflect their beauty inside and out. Her goal is for the client to leave the session feeling empowered, confident and loved. Dana celebrates everyone’s beauty & uniqueness and this is just one of the reasons why I was so excited to work with her.

She explained to me that her current website was outdated and didn’t reflect her new rebrand. She also needed help organising the pages and ensuring the design was coherent across all pages. Once I had a look at her current website I also noticed that the site could benefit from being a lot more user friendly, as the navigation wasn’t simple and straightforward.

Dana took our What’s my brand aesthetic? quiz and got the Iconic Minimalism result. We discussed the new design style and Dana wanted it to be classic, romantic and minimalistic with an editorial vibe. Her new brand colours consisted of black, white, mauve and gold.

I really wanted to make her photography the focus of the website as I thought that they would pretty much speak for themselves and vouch that Dana is an incredible photographer. We also decided that each portrait photography session deserved its own page.

I had so much fun experimenting with this style and it’s safe to say that I am in love with it!

So without further ado, I present Adore Photo Studio’s new Showit website.
